We use McEwan Fraser exclusively to dispose of all of our properties that don't fit with our criteria. We use them because we don't want to take our products to market, occasionally we will take a property to market, but it can be a long winded and tiresome affair and it can cost money and sometimes the deal doesn't go through as you'd expect.
