Ken McEwan - Managing Director

Ken has more than two decades experience in the property investment business and before co-founding McEwan Fraser in 2003, he had already built up a substantial commercial and residential portfolio. His passion for property paved the way for his success as Ken had already advised, helped and trained a number of individuals to develop their own property portfolios and establishing McEwan Fraser was a natural progression. Ken is also the managing director of McEwan Contract Furniture, which was established in 1993 to provide a bespoke furnishing service for clients, letting agents and residential landlords.

Scott Fraser - Sales Director

Scott is one of McEwan Fraser's founding partners. His interest in the property market began as a hobby in 1991 and his success led him to build up an impressive portfolio over the following years. He founded his own property development and trading company, Cappoquin Properties in 1995 which specialises in refurbishment, land acquisition and small scale new build properties. Before his leap onto the property ladder, Scott was a professional footballer, most notably playing for Rangers FC.

Neil Morgan - Operations Director

After successfully managing a first class customer service operation for the last 10 years, Neil joined McEwan Fraser in 2005 to head-up the day-to-day operations of the new business. Neil is responsible for developing and enhancing the McEwan Fraser administrative and after-sales effort in order to ensure our clients enjoy the very best of customer care and attention.

Malcolm McPherson - Non-Executive Director

Malcolm joined the McEwan Fraser board in June 2009. A Senior Partner of HBJ Gateley Wareing, an international, full service law firm he has been leading for more than thirty years, Malcolm is a specialist in corporate finance and holds a number of non-executive positions with leading Scottish companies.

Malcolm has also been Vice Chairman of the Scottish Solicitors Discipline Tribunal since 2005.

Mark Cullerton - Property Consultant

Mark heads up McEwan Fraser Legal's Estate Agency division. He has over 20 years experience in the Edinburgh and Lothians property market. Formerly Property Director with Leslie Deans & Co for the past 15 years, Mark has a surveying background and also acts as a consultant for McEwan Fraser Investments. He is ideally placed to advise on the condition of your property as well as its value.

Stuart Lindsay - Land and Construction Consultant

Stuart specialises in land acquisitions and has a wealth of knowledge in the construction industry. He formed his own successful NHBC registered building company over 10 years ago and can provide expert advice on all matters related to planning and building design as well as advice on ground conditions and utility services. Stuart's appointment gives McEwan Fraser credibility in the competitive construction market.

Ian Watt - Commercial Property Consultant

Ian joined McEwan Fraser in early 2005 to set up and head their new commercial property division. His interest in property began in 1995, when he worked in sales with Ken and Scott, using their advice and expertise to build up a personal property portfolio. Ian previously managed corporate accounts for Siemens Communications and his knowledge and experience in the corporate sector led to an approach by Ken and Scott to join McEwan Fraser to head up McEwan Fraser's new commercial team.

Harry Droop - Residential Property Consultant

After going into business at a very young age with his parents, Harry has built up a share in a successful property portfolio.

He brings with him a number of reliable contacts and is looking to excel in bringing Mcewan Fraser lucrative business and promoting the company brand.

Charlie Burns - Property Consultant

Charlie has a wealth of knowledge in commercial and residential property sales stretching back some 15 years. His experience in procuring commercial property, land purchases, marketing and negotiating sales makes Charlie a great asset to the team.

Charlie was also instrumental in designing, developing and marketing one of Scotland`s main estate agency portals and property magazines before joining McEwan Fraser as a Property Consultant.

Diane McEwan - Head of Accounts

Diane is responsible for all the administration functions for our two offices. Diane was involved in the successful start-up of McEwan Contract Furniture in 1993 and brings valuable administration skills to McEwan Fraser.

Tzana Jordan - Marketing Manager

Tzana comes to us all the way from the USA. Tzana originally started working for McEwan Fraser as our office administrator and has quickly shown an outstanding flair for marketing. Tzana is now responsible for dealing with all marketing within the business and is the first point of contact with clients who are looking to sell their property.

Cherie Fraser - Office Administrator

Cherie joined McEwan Fraser in March 2009 as our Office Administrator. Cherie comes to the team with administrative experience from a number of financial institutions including The Stockbridge Group and Scottish Widows.

Sandy has numerous years experience in Internet consultancy and website development for commercial clients both in Scotland and abroad. He has a strong background in software engineering and computer science, and over the years has developed expertise in many aspects of website design and management.
