Unlike other property investment companies, we do not sub-contract any of our furniture orders to other companies. All our furniture is delivered direct from our 2,500 sq ft Edinburgh warehouse at West Bowling Green Street. We can deliver furniture, beds and mattresses within 30 minutes of an agreed time from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week.

We can also assemble your beds and furniture as well as uplift old beds, mattresses and furniture. Furthermore, we can supply blinds, carpets and linoleum ideally suited to rented accommodation at extremely competitive prices.

McEwan Contract Furniture was set up in 1993 due to the frustration residential landlords had in sourcing good quality furniture at sensible pricing. Even when the pricing was right landlords sometimes had to wait for up to 12 weeks for delivery which was impractical for most tenanted properties. McEwan Contract Furniture understands the needs of landlords and we can furnish a property within 24 hours of placing an order as we keep high stock levels of the most popular items purchased by landlords.

If you only need to replace a single item, for example a mattress or a chest of drawers, we are only too happy to help and can provide swift delivery, normally the same day if ordered before 10am. In addition, we can provide you with an exact delivery time (within 30 minutes) ensuring that landlords do not have to waste any valuable time waiting at their rented property for deliveries.
