Commercial Finance
Commercial Finance (see testimonials)
Edinburgh-based property investment specialist McEwan Fraser has built successful supplier and customer relationships with a number of key commercial lenders in the Scottish property marketplace (see reference letters).
In particular we have developed close relationships with the Clydesdale Bank from the day we commenced trading. These links with the Clydesdale Bank have generated mutual strategic benefits for both organisations and for our clients.
A large percentage of the public do not have the knowledge or experience to present their lending requirements to commercial financial institutions in the format which they require. As such, this is where McEwan Fraser can help by working closely with our clients to prepare a funding solution that banks are likely to accept. The fact our clients can work in partnership with McEwan Fraser and the Clydesdale Bank has helped to cement trust and respect when clients are looking to arrange commercial funding.
McEwan Fraser's objective is to take the time and effort to explain in detail to our property investment clients the many benefits of commercial finance over traditional "buy-to-let" finance and the benefits of dealing with a leading bank such as the Clydesdale. A number of clients are unaware that you can finance properties up to 100% of the purchase price through gearing up on your existing portfolio. Once clients fully understand our recommendations, they meet with the Clydesdale Bank at our premises, with McEwan Fraser guiding our clients through the entire process.
Clients of McEwan Fraser enjoy preferential lending rates and special terms which would not normally be available to the general public.
The feedback from our clients is that they like this approach to property finance and is a win win situation for all parties.
We also have excellent relationships with the Royal Bank of Scotland and Bank of Ireland, and would be happy to discuss with clients terms on offer from these organisations.
Please note that since this web page was first written commercial lending has changed dramatically, and a number of commercial lenders have withdrawn from the market or have imposed lending terms that make it uneconomical to consider this route for finance.
