Property Sales - Glasgow Area

Competitive Salary commission - dependent on experience –

McEwan Fraser Legal has now expanded into the West Coast and are looking for property surveyor/valuer to cover their rapidly expanding estate agency for qualified client appointments. We will consider anyone who has strong sales background not necessary in property but who is keen to have a career in property as full training will be provided.

A Knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding areas would be an advantage, including North and South Lanarkshire and Falkirk.

You should be friendly, approachable and have a good customer service background.  We prefer the consultative approach but you should have no fear in asking for the business, so while we are looking for sales experience, maturity and intelligence the ability to cross sell will be high on our list of priorities.  You should also be tenacious and resilient, have a positive outlook, ambition and bring enthusiasm to the role.

This role will involve flexible working hours and will involve some evening and weekend work to suit client requirements,

Office based Sales consultants- Edinburgh area

We are looking for 2 experienced telephone sales consultants to deal with all out telephone enquiries we receive about our services. Candidates will be fully trained on how to sell the full range of our services and benefits.

Candidates should have an outstanding telephone manner and be highly motivated enthusiastic individuals who can work under pressure and enjoy meeting and exceeding sales targets. The role will involve making evening and weekend calls and will suit individuals who can work flexible working hours. You will need to be well organized and disciplined in following up previous enquiries.

Enquiry Sales Consultants

Due to increased levels of enquiries we are now looking for Enquiry Sales Consultants to phone and secure valuation appointments for our Property Surveyors and Part Exchange Consultants. 
 
Suitable applicants should have an excellent telephone manner with sales and negotiating experience and enjoy working in a team environment.  An estate agency background is not essential as training will be given, however applicants should be able to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Basic salary plus commission package dependant on experience.

Senior Sales Negotiator - Property Department

Glasgow property market experience is essential and you should be prepared to cover Glasgow and surrounding areas, including North and South Lanarkshire and Falkirk.

Property Investment Consultant

We are currently looking for a property investment consultant with experience in residential and/or commercial property.  Experience working with private clients is not essential as full training will be given, but you must have a desire and passion for delivering an outstanding client service.

You will be responsible for sourcing "off market" properties that offer excellent value to our private client base in the central belt of Scotland.  This part of the job takes a great deal of skill and determination and will involve developing lasting relationships with key property players throughout Scotland.

You should come from a sales background with an excellent knowledge of professional property investment.  You should also be confident in providing one to one property consultancy, including a good understanding of property-related matters.

An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the right candidate.
