Both founding directors have over 20 years experience in the property

With a combined residential and commercial property portfolio currently in excess of £15 million, both directors have built up a wide ranging and trusted circle of contacts in the property investment market place which allows them access to "off market" investment opportunities which are not normally available to the amateur investor. With more and more people seeking Ken and Scott’s expertise and help with their own property investment strategies, it was a natural progression to set up their own property investment consultancy and help clients reach their own financial freedom by providing access to these "off market" below market value property investment opportunities. The company has grown rapidly to a turnover and fee income of over £13 million in 2007 and the company has now established itself as the market leader in sourcing "off market" properties. McEwan Fraser is also the first port of call for many residential home owners as well as residential and commercial investment landlords who wish to sell their properties quickly without using estate agents.
